Introductory Session
50 Minutes- In person face-to-face therapy at my theraputic suite.
- Sessions last 50 minutes.
- My sessions are fully Covid-19 compliant. Information can be found in my Corona Virus Guidelines (below)

Online
Online Counselling
50 Minutes- I use the web application ‘Zoom’ as it’s completely confidential. You will need a reasonable internet connection to enable this type of session
- Sessions will last 50 mins
- Take a look at the Rescources Page for further information on downloading Zoom and finding out other very useful information.
- Fees can be paid for by Cash, Direct Bank Transfer or Online.
Telephone
Telephone Counselling
50 Minutes- I’m happy to conduct counselling via telephone if this is your preferred method.
Email Corrospondence
.- 1 week unlimited emails.
- I will send you emails throughout the week. I use Hushmail to ensure complete security.
- I aim to give you a well considered, comprehensive response within 48 hours of receiving your reply.
Instant Message (IM)
Instant Message Corrospondence
.- This is a 60minute session conversing through an instant message platform such as Zoom/WhatsApp
- I will initiate the first contact by sending you a text message. I will respond with a comprehensive and well considered response to each message.
- There is no limit to the number of exchanged messages within the allotted time frame. (60 Mins)
- Zoom have a free app which keeps messages secure, but I can also message you on WhatsApp if this is your preference. (See Resources Page for more information)

Face to Face – Corona Virus (Covid-19) Guidelines
Wow, it’s been really hard hasn’t it? Until recently face-to-face counselling as prohibited but we can now re-commence but we can now proceed cautiously. At least for the time being! So, what can you expect?
I kindly request that if you are feeling unwell before the session or been in contact with anyone suffering from Coronavirus that you inform me and we will postpone the session. I will also ask you the day before the session if you’ve been unwell and whether you have been in contact with anyone testing positive for Covid-19.
My commitment to you will be:
- If I am ill or been in contact with anyone suffering from Coronavirus, I will let you know immediately and will self-isolate for 14 days.
- Before seeing each client, the room will be disinfected with antibacterial wipes and I will sanitise my hands before and after seeing each client.
- I may need to cancel a session at short notice if Government Guidelines indicate a local or national lockdown. I will always aim to give you an alternative option for conducting our session.
- I will ask that you use the hand sanitiser on arrival and also as you leave the building
- I will be wearing a Perspex visor for our protection. If you wish to wear your own visor/mask please bring it with you.
- If you feel unwell during the session, I would be grateful if you could inform me immediately.
